Acne is Ruining My Life

How many times have you said "Acne is ruining my life? Too many times I bet. When I was a young kid, I was always made fun of because of my acne. "Pimple face" and "Zit boy" were just a few of the names I was called. I was getting tired of this like most kids at that age would get and I wanted to do something about it. Unfortunately at that time in my life, there were only a few things on the market that I could use to try and get rid of my acne.

Oxy this and oxy cream that seemed to be the only products that were available so my choices were very limited. I would scrub my face daily and wash with clean cloths regularly. I even asked my family doctor for some advice and he said to keep doing what I was doing. After some time, I did notice a little difference on my face but not the kind of difference I truly wanted to see.

As time went by, my acne once again, came back to full force and it was spread like a wildfire all over my face. I was now depressed and did not know what to do. I lived with acne for years and years all the way into my late 30’s until some better products came out that worked a little bit better then the earlier ones. Now, lets jump into my family life.

My son, who is now 13, had the same exact acne problem as I did. I saw his frustration in his eyes and knew exactly what was going on in his young head. I stood by his side and had a talk with him saying that I will stop at nothing to make sure you get rid of your acne once and for all. He seemed a little optimistic after I said that to him. Just one week later, after trying this amazing product a friend told me about, my sons acne was completely gone.  

Not only was he happy but I was even happier that he did not have to go through all of the agony that I did at his age.

Here are a few tip to get you started:

Always wash your face with natural soaps. Try buying some natural face soap that will not clog up your pores. They may be more expensive but it may be worth a try.

Get some sun on your skin. Worshiping the sun, like some people do, is NOT good but if you do a little bit here and there, you should notice significant results on your skin complexity. The average safe amount of time is between 10 – 15 minutes of sun a day.

Eat less food containing sugars and fats. Both of these should be carefully monitored anyway on a daily basis even if you do not have acne. Too much fat and sugar in the diet is not good for healthy skin.

Blue green algae. ( Afanizominon flos aqui). Algae is one of the most powerful foods on the planet consisting of many natural minerals and nutrients all in a food form and not a vitamin. Do some research on blue green algae and see some of the benefits it offers. There have been many case-studies on the pure power that algae has not only on the entire body and internal organs but also the skin.
